Technical Services Supervisor Jordan Bridges works to Make It Simple for our customers and team members by seeking ways to streamline processes and systems. Jordan works with team members across the organization to deliver results that will bring simplicity and success to the organization.

As a Technical Services Supervisor, Jordan leads a team of six individuals who work together to maintain demonstrations and training schedules for customers. When customers are being onboarded or want to receive a demo of our technology, Jordan and his team lead the coordination.

Jordan collaborates with team members outside Service & Support to deliver results to the organization. He works closely with sales team members to meet with customers about the benefits of our software and systems, and he offers insights into how our tech can increase customer efficiency. Manager of Customer Experience Dave Musil said that Jordan’s work is key to simplifying processes for customers and ensures that we Help Farmers Serve the World.

One of Jordan’s responsibilities is the development of our software. He works with our server-based platforms, Dispatch Pro and AgSync, and our apps, FieldOps, Operator Pro, and Agrisite. Jordan identifies issues that need to be solved and creates new programs that work for customers so he can help make sure our systems are best meeting customers’ needs.

Jordan recently received an award for embodying our company’s Make It Simple cultural belief, and his work in the last seven months as Technical Services Supervisor has been a testament to his deservingness for the award.

Jordan’s efforts working with team members across the company have moved our systems forward across departments. Since starting in his role, he has worked with team members to train over 300 attendees at training Page 2 of 2 sessions, streamlined process between our Sales and Implementation Specialist teams, and worked closely with our Sales Operations Specialist team to create a Standard Operating Procedure.

The success of these improvements has been encouraging for Jordan. He said that finding new ways of doing things is important to him, and he seeks opportunities to change processes for the better. Jordan has enjoyed being part of the Raven team because team members are eager to solve challenges for our customers, and everyone works together to find the best solutions.

Manager of Customer Experience Dave Musil said that Jordan is integral to finding solutions, and his drive to ensure customers’ success is key to achieving positive results.
